Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday dear kirstennnnnn. happy birthday to you!!!!!!!!!!!!! =) I couldnt not tell kirsten hello and not sing to her in front of all of you. now all the people in the internet cafe are looking at me very weird so i dont think i will sing anymore here. haha but happy birthday my favorit sister named kirsten :)

Here in luanda is going so stinken great!!! I really love the people here I dont think there are any other people this friendly in the world. so this week has been a great week with missionary work. If only i could understand what they said:) haha its so cool to see all the miricals that go on the harder you work. when i first got here with my companion he had 3 active investigators and were working with others. but after this week we have recieved 4 more investigators and I will tell you one quick story of what happend yestarday after church. so there was this women that none of us had seen before so my companion and i went up and talked to her she said she was interested in the church and had been to church a few times before and said she wanted to know more. so we asked her when she would have time for us and she said right know if that would be ok. so we broght her into another room where we taught her the whole first lesson and after we dont know quite why but we asked her to be baptised right after we talked about the book of mormon. (she had already read some of it and owned one) she look at us and said I have read this book and I have listened to your words and i feel like a should be baptised!!!! YYYYAAAA!!!!!! We were so pumped and she will be baptised in a month. and this upcoming week we have 2 baptisms we are preparing for.

well anyways i love you all and am so greatfull for you!!!

Hey there everyone!!!!

Hows it hanging!! You all probably wont get this till you wake up but is all good. So how is everything going back home!! It sounds like some pretty exciting stuff has been going on over there and I am so excited for you all!! =)

I just wanted to tell you just a little bit about my new companion! He is awesome!!! When I first met him he was kind of quiet but he has really opened up to me. his name is Elder Walker and he is from somewhere is UT. not to sure where though. He is probably one of the more patient people I have ever met (Which is going knowing me right=) But he has help me so much and explains in such a simple way to me and the people we teach. I am pretty excited to be working with him and getting to know him so much better!

But anyways this week has been going great! Angola is actually nothing you like you would think it would be. I know when I looked out the window of the plane I saw one of the bigest cities I have ever seen! It was truely amazing!!! Still havent seen any crazy cool animaly other than a bunch of stray dogs and and few chickens but thats partly because I am like in the center of the city. Its really kind of cool how friendly the people are here and how willing they are to help you with most anything.

For example the first day I was here my companion and I were coming back from an appointment with one of our investigators. When this fella that was probably in his 50s or so walk up to us and asked us which part of town we were headed and he offered to help us(not saying I understood a word of this but my companion explained in a little latter for me =) but anyways he brought us to where all of these big cab/van things were and found the right one for us and we were on our way. I will tell you about the cabs in a bit =) But anyways while we where walking to the cabs we gave him a restoration pamflet and wrote our number on the back and told him to call us if he seemed interested. So we got in the cab and bid farewell to our newly found friend and kind of thought he wouldnt call us or anything but so we get home and then our phone suddenly rings and it was him just making sure we got back home alright! haha ya they are so friendly here. later we called him and made an apointment with him and we will be going there this friday. You could honestly walk up to any person here and just talk to them. Its pretty cool!

Ok so the taxies here. When you need a taxi here you pretty much stand on the side of the road and when one comes by they yell ourt the route that they are headed like the part of town they are going to. and you kind of wave them down if thats the part you want. So when you get in its pretty much a 9 seater van but they make it like a 15 seater =) lets just say no seatblets. So you are ether sitting on someones lap or someone is on you. And when you get to a place you need to get off you just yell out here! and they will almost stop in the middle of the road and you jump out and give the guys your money and you are off on your way. haha ya its crazy because it is how most people around the city get around.

But anyways I love you all so much and thank you for all you letter!

Elder Wilhelm

Hey there everyone!!!

So it was great to hear from you all as usual!!! Mom, Dad and all you sisters down in the valley sound like you had so much fun!!! I can honestly Imagine little Daffy taking a big hug bit out of one of those marsmellow ducks and then just chasing dad and hucking it at him :) Just makes me smile.

So This week was a really cool week. This past Sunday the MTC told us that 3 apostles were coming to talk to the MTC on Easter Sunday!!! It ended up being Elder Packer!!! He was totally awesome and his son was there who is one of the 70's, so that was really cool to get to hear from the two of them together. As for what they said I dont have my notes with me but they mostly talked about the resurection of Christ and His attonment. The sincerity that came out of Elder packer was just amazing.

So guess what?! WE GOT OUR TRAVEL PLANS THIS LAST WEEK!!!! I AM GOING TO ANGOLA BABY!!! My companion and I are headed out on the 19th with elder Tilly from the other district. It was such a relief for us to finally get them and see that our stay at the MTC was almost done. Dont get me wrong, I love it here but I am glad to be done with this point of the mission! We have learned so much here both in language but also in the gospel. It make you feel somewhat prepared to go talk to real people :) Although I think when I get there it will be a totally different story. I will just remember to keep smiling and nodding my head when people talk to me :) So we leave next Thursday and 8 am and won't get there till Saturday!! Isn't that so crazy!!!? My companion and I are already planning on getting out a box at that airport or stand on a seat in London and start preaching to all the people in the airport. Good idea hmmm?

The other two that were in our district are leaving on Monday.. They are so lucky! I am so glad I got stuck with this gorup of guys! They have all been so awesome and we have learned so much from each other. The other two are Elder Polite who is going to Orlando Florida Port. speaking (yes i thought that was very wired when I heard that to) and the other is going to Mozambique and his name is elder Maynez, and he is from Gilbert.

But hey sorry this is all I have time for I love you all so much and have a great week:)

Hey Every one!!
Sounds like its been kind of a... different week back home. Sorry i don't have hardly anytime today so I am speed typing best I can. So sorry if this doesn't make any sence to any of you.

Lara, I am so freakin excited for you!! So are you headed up at the end of the school year or something? And to all of your comments about David Archelata, or howerever you spell it, yes, I have met him. He is such a nice kid, really humble. He is going to be a great missionary. I pretty much ran him over on accident the first time I met him. Man he is really a small dude, but he is serving in the Santiago Chili mission, so i think he will only be here for 3 weeks because he already knows spanish I think.

The choir was so stinkin awesome!!! I can honestly say I liked that experience of singing. It helps a lot to have an awesome director and like 100 kids in each section. It was so cool to be seated that close to all the apostles. I could almost hit them with a lugy from where I was seated. Not that I thought about that or anything :)

Anyways, I love you all, and its awesome to hear from ya every week!!!
